Both houses have the comfort of a modern house and they can accommodate 11 guests.

More specifically, Maria's house can accommodate seven people whereas Evdokia's only four. There are double or single beds made from wood and also each house has two bathrooms. All rooms have access to the balcony and there is a different entrance to each house.

Moreover, every house has its own kitchen which is fully equipped with an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker machine, a toaster, a vacuum cleaner and a hand one, an iron, a washing machine and other supplies that a modern house can provide. There are also a sitting room and a dining room, a television, a DVD player and a CD player.

The parking area completes the comfort of the house.
